L. AUSTINE CROWE is Executive Vice President of T.O. Richardson Company,
Inc. and Lead Portfolio Manager of the Sector Rotation Fund. For the
past five years he has actively managed private accounts for the firm
using the Advisor's sector rotation discipline. He is the Chairman of
the Advisor's Investment Committee. After graduating from the U.S. Naval
Academy, Mr. Crowe was a Pilot with Eastern Airlines for 19 years. He
was an active member of the Airline Pilots Association Retirement and
