Kristin Onken – Logitech International Sa (logz)

KRISTEN ONKEN is the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Logitech International SA. She is responsible for Logitech's worldwide financial strategy as the company continues to grow and broaden its product portfolio. She manages consolidated annual revenues of more than $400 million and an international shareholder base comprised of ADRs (American Depository Receipts) traded on the NASDAQ National Market Exchange under the symbol of LOGIY and registered shares traded on the Swiss exchange under the symbol LOGZ. Prior to joining Logitech, Ms. Onken served as Vice President of finance for Fujitsu PC Corporation, where she managed and supported revenue growth from zero to $300 million in one year. During her tenure at Fujitsu, she developed and implemented the company's entire financial information infrastructure, including the creation of EDI and e-Commerce interfaces to more effectively serve vendors, partners and customers. Ms Onken has also held senior financial management positions at Sun Microsystems Inc., AST Research and Gould Inc. In addition, she has an extensive international background, having lived overseas and worked in various financial management positions in Europe and Asia. Ms Onken holds a Bachelor's degree in education from Southern Illinois University and an MBA in finance, with a minor in accounting from the University of Chicago. Profile
