KIMRA HAWLEY is President and CEO of ActionPoint, Inc., formerly Input
Software, Inc. The company recently appeared on Deloitte and Touche's
1999 Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50 listing of the fastest-growing
technology companies. Ms. Hawley has more than 16 years of experience
managing computer systems development and marketing teams. She joined
ActionPoint, Inc. in 1992 as Marketing Director, was promoted to the
position of General Manager of Software Products in 1994, and to
President and CEO in 1998. Ms. Hawley began her high-tech career with
Amdahl Corporation, where she held a variety of marketing management
positions. Ms. Hawley received a BS in Psychology from Pittsburgh State
