KEVIN K. SIDOW is the Worldwide President of DePuy Orthopaedics,
Inc. This includes the combined domestic US reconstructive
business encompassing hips, knees, extremities and operating room
(OR) products. Other areas of responsibility are the trauma and
casting products of the company. Mr. Sidow joined DePuy in March
1998 as Midwest Area Vice President. He was promoted to Vice
President, Sales, for DePuy Orthopaedics in October 1999 and has
contributed significantly to the integration of the joint sales
force while achieving record sales levels and was promoted to
President in August 2000. Prior to joining DePuy, he was Vice
President of Sales for R&B Medical, headquartered in Pittsburgh.
Prior to that position, Mr. Sidow worked with Howmedica from 1984
to 1996 in the capacities of Sales Representative, Area Sales
Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Director, Institutional
Sales. Mr. Sidow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
