Mr. Kevin Ross, Chief Executive Officer, is a mining engineer who graduated from the Royal School of Mines with broad underground operating experience in Zimbabwe, U.K., Canada and Greece. He held numerous increasing positions with Union Carbide, Rio Tinto Zimbabwe Ltd., Carnon Holdings Ltd., and TVX Gold Inc. before coming to Arcon as their new CEO in February of 2001.
