KEVIN OAKES is the President, CEO, and Director of click2learn.com, the
market leader in e-Learning solutions. Prior to joining click2learn.com,
he founded and served as President of Oakes Interactive, an award-
winning technology-based training company in Needham, Massachusetts that
merged with click2learn.com in 1997. Currently, Oakes is also the
President and Director of the Massachusetts Interactive Media Council,
one of the largest interactive trade associations in the country. In
addition, he is a Director of the Training Media Association, a founding
