KEVIN M. SHEEHAN is President of Avis Rent A Car, Inc. Corporate and
Business Affairs, has full responsibility for directing all of the
corporate and administrative functions, as well as directing the overall
Company's financial reporting and investor communication efforts. In
addition, Mr. Sheehan has been tasked with spearheading the company's
efforts of maximizing the revenue and synergistic opportunities inherent
with the 'New' Avis. Prior to joining Avis, Mr. Sheehan was a Senior
Vice President of HFS, Inc., the predecessor of Cendant. He possesses
more than 20 years of financial experience encompassing financial
management and strategy and served as Chief Financial Officer for STT
Video Partners, a joint venture between Time Warner, TCI, Sega of
America and HBO. This was preceded by a ten-year career at Reliance
group Holdings, where he was involved in the formation of Telemundo
Group, Inc., as Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to this position,
Mr. Sheehan was with Deloitte & Touche (formerly known as Haskin &
Sells). Mr. Sheehan is a Certified Public Accountant. He received an MBA
in Finance and Taxation from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree
in Accounting from Hunter College. He is a native of New York City and
