KEVIN DORREN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Orbital
Software. He joined Orbital Software in 1997 from BitWise Limited, a
software company based in Dunfermline, Scotland, where he was the
business manager for their document management business. This role
included selling and supporting Keyfile, a product line distributed by
BitWise Limited in the UK. Mr Dorren has been involved in the business
development, fund raising and general management of the group since
Orbital obtained its first round of funding in 1997, and has had primary
responsibility for the recruitment of the group's management team and
for its corporate vision and strategy. In October 2000 Orbital Software
Holdings Plc announced it's listing on the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority, admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange and
inclusion in the techMARK Index. Proceeds to be used, amongst other
things, to finance the development of the Group's existing business, the
expansion of sales and marketing activities, further development of
Organik, and overseas expansion. Mr Dorren was chosen by the Global
Entrepreneurial Exchange in 1998 as "Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year,"
and was named "Young Business Leader of the year 2000" by Insider,
