KENNETH S. SCHNEIDER is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Telebyte Technology, Inc. a public company that he founded in 1983.
Telebyte is a 'high tech' company which has and is manufacturing data
communications products, principally for Internet access and local area
networks. As an outgrowth of the successful and efficient marketing of
its own products through the Internet, Telebyte formed and launched a
wholly owned subsidiary, NextDay.com, directed at using e-commerce to
resell business to business products supplied by other companies. Dr.
Schneider holds the BS, M Eng (Elect.) and PhD degrees, all from Cornell
University. Prior to forming Telebyte he was on the staff of the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Professor at the Polytechnic
University in New York. He was part of the research team that developed
the original routing algorithms for the ARPANET ' the information
network that grew into the Internet. He was also a technical advisor to
the Arms Control and Peripherals Disarmament Agency during negotiations
of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty. He has written four books and over
