Kenneth Rice Jr. – Macrochem Corporation (mchm)

Kenneth L. Rice, Jr. joined MarcoChem in August, 1999. He has held executive financial and operating positions at a number of life sciences and computer services firms. Most recently Mr. Rice was Vice President, Finance and Administration at Pentose Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an anti- viral company sold to VI Technologies in late 1999. From 1993 to 1998 Mr. Rice was Senior Vice President of Unisyn Technologies, Inc., a contract manufacturer of proteins and monoclonal antibodies for clinical use. Mr. Rice spent his early career at Millipore Corporation where he attained the position of Corporate Tax Director. Mr. Rice holds an LLM in Taxation from Boston University Law School, and JD from Suffolk University Law School and an MBA and BSBA from Babson College. Profile
