KENNETH KUK is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of KMG
America Corporation. Prior to joining KMG, he was Executive Vice
President of ReliaStar Worksite Financial Services from 1997 to 2001.
Previously, from 1994 to 1997, Mr. Kuk was Senior Vice President,
Strategic Development at ReliaStar, President of ReliaStar Mortgage
Corporation and President of Washington Square Advisors. From 1985 to
1994, he was Vice President, Investments at ReliaStar, President of
Washington Square Financial, President of Washington Square Securities
and President of ReliaStar Mortgage Corporation. From 1978 to 1985, Mr.
Kuk was President of ITT Capital Group and Chicago Region Manager for
ITT Financial Corporation. He was a Zone Manager at General Electric
Capital Corporation from 1968 to 1977. Mr. Kuk received a BA from the
University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Profile
