KENNETH A. FOX is co-Founder and Managing Director of Internet Capital
Group and a member of ICG's Board of Directors. Prior to forming ICG, he
was the Director of West Coast Operations for Safeguard Scientifics,
Inc. and TL Ventures. In this capacity he developed and ran the West
Coast operations of Safeguard Scientifics, a $2 billion public
corporation, and TL Ventures, a venture capital partnership with in
excess of $500 million under management. Mr. Fox attended the
Pennsylvania State University and received a BS in Economics. Profile
