KENNETH E. HENDRICKSON was named Chief Executive Officer of Ancor
Communications on July 31,1997. Prior to joining Ancor, Mr. Hendrickson
served as executive vice president and general manager for the
Microcomputer Products Group at Western Digital Corp. Mr. Hendrickson's
long career in computer storage applications includes serving as
president of the $150 million Archive Technology Division of Archive
Corp. and as vice president and general manager of the Large Disk
Division of IMPRIMIS (acquired by Seagate in 1989), where he spearheaded
key product improvements and exceeded sales goals for this $600 million
disk drive business. Mr. Hendrickson also held management and executive
positions at IBM Corp. for 18 years, including Independent Business Unit
General Manager of Low End Storage, and Group Director of Manufacturing
