KEN J. STANECKI has been Chief Financial Officer of Famous Dave's of
America, Inc., since May 2000. From October 1997 to April 2000, Mr.
Stanecki was Vice President of Finance for AmeriKing Corporation. Prior
to that, he held a progression of positions with Burger King Corporation
in finance, franchising and operations. Mr. Stanecki received his
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and
earned his graduate degree, a Master of Business Administration, from
