KEN HARTWICK was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Energy Savings Income Fund
in March 2008 after serving as President since March 2006 and Chief Financial
Officer since April 2004. He brings 13 years of management experience in the
energy sector and 20 years of experience in the financial sector to the
position, as well as an understanding of the issues facing generation
businesses, through his role on the Board of the Atlantic Power Corporation.
Prior to joining Energy Savings, he was Chief Financial Officer of Hydro One,
one of the largest distribution companies in North America, from 2001 through
