KELLY A. RODRIQUES, Chief Executive Officer of Totality Corp., sets the overall direction for the company transitioning from a managed service outsourcing company to a targeted focus on customer infrastructure management. Mr. Rodriques brings to Totality over 17 years of experience in managing and growing business-focused technology solution companies. As a known leader in driving highly regarded and influential services organizations, Mr. Rodriques was most recently founder and CEO of Novo, a pioneer in the development of commercial Web applications for such well-known brands as General Motors, Orbitz and Procter & Gamble. Currently known as Semaphore Partners, the company serves as the premier provider of technology services of Publicis Groupe, the world's fourth largest marketing services holding company. Mr. Rodriques remains Chairman of Semaphore Partners and Senior Consultant to Publicis. Previously, Mr. Rodriques served as a Senior Executive with Ogilvy & Mather, where he oversaw the company's national expansion and founded its digital brand group, a first for the branding industry. His entrepreneurial enthusiasm helped him turn an early interest in technology into a software development company he co-founded and ultimately sold to a larger public company.
