KELLY D. KERR is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of
Triquest Energy Corp. Mr. Kerr brings 20 years of experience in the oil
and gas industry in the areas of financial and management experience in
public and private companies. Prior to joining Triquest, he worked as a
Corporate Finance Associate with a local brokerage firm and until 1996,
he was President, CEO and CFO of a publicly traded junior oil and gas
company that was successfully grown and taken over in 1996. Subsequent
to completing his Batchelor of Commerce degree at the University of
Calgary in 1986, Mr. Kerr articled with a local firm of chartered
accountants reaching the position of Audit Senior. Profile
Mr. Kerr: We drill and explore primarily for natural gas in the Province
of Alberta in Canada and we have two focus areas, one being the
