KELLY BLAKE is CEO of Vantis Prior to his leadership role with Vantis,
Kelly was vice president and a member of the board of directors of
TRVLSYS Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. TRVLSYS Inc. provided reservation
and marketing services to hundreds of travel industry clients hotel and
car rental) throughout North America and Europe. Kelly also held a sales
and marketing position with United Kingdom based Smithkline Beecham. In
1991, Kelly became the vice president of marketing for Vantis and, in
1995, was named Executive Vice President of the company. Kelly was a
member of the board of directors of HARS Systems Inc., former parent
company of Vantis, from 1992 to 2002 and is a current board of directors
member of Vantis Investment Corp. He was appointed president and CEO of
Vantis in 1998.Kelly is a member of the Alberta Chapter of the Young
Presidents' Organization (YPO) and is a member of the leadership team
and board of directors of LifeSpring Community Church. Kelly holds a
Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New
Mexico and an Associate of Science degree from the College of Lake
