Keith Larsen – U.s. Energy Corporation (useg)

KEITH G. LARSEN has been Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Gas, Inc., since its formation and is also President of U.S. Energy Corp. and Crested Corp. He is experienced in bidding uranium supply contracts and other marketable components of the nuclear fuel cycle and is responsible for delivering over 5 million pounds of uranium oxide to domestic utilities from 1990 through the present. For the past four years, Mr. Larsen has managed the growth of RMG. He played a lead role in the negotiations that led to the involvement of Carrizo with RMG for a total cash commitment of $12.5 million and the $45 million Pinnacle Gas Resources, Inc., business combination with Credit Suisse First Boston. During the last 24 months he has been instrumental in securing investments in USE of over $5 million.
