KEITH A. JENSEN was named Chief Financial Officer of American Financial Group.
Inc., in January 2005. He has been a Senior Vice President of American Financial
Group since February 1999. He also serves as Executive Vice President of the
Great American Property and Casualty Insurance Group and is a member of Great
American's Board of Directors. Before working for AFG, Mr. Jensen was a Partner
with Deloitte & Touche LLP, an independent accounting, tax and consulting firm.
During that time, he had been assigned to the San Francisco, New York and
Cincinnati offices of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Jensen was born in Newport News,
Virginia, and went to high school in Napa, California. He was educated at
Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he received a Bachelor of Science
degree and a Master of Accountancy degree. He is a licensed Certified Public
Accountant in California, New York, Ohio and Kentucky, and is a member of the
AICPA. Mr. Jensen is active in scouting and was a Scoutmaster for nine years. He
previously served on the Board of Directors of the Dan Beard Council. He serves
as the chief lay leader, Stake President, of the Cincinnati North Mormon
