Joseph O’donnell – Artesyn Technologies Inc (atsn)

JOSEPH M. O'DONNELL is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artesyn Technologies, Inc., and has more than 25 years of experience in the electronics industry. He joined Artesyn Technologies, Inc., in July 1994 as its President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. O'Donnell currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. Prior to joining Artesyn, Mr. O'Donnell was CEO of Savin Corporation in Stamford, Connecticut, and is credited for helping conclude the company's successful emergence from Chapter 11. Mr. O'Donnell began his career in engineering, marketing and general management positions with ITT and General Instrument. He was also a Group Vice President with Conrac Corporation and Handy & Harmon. In 1990, as President and CEO, Mr. O'Donnell led the successful formation of the $150 million Go Dan Industries.
