JOSEPH KRISTUL is co-Founder, CEO and a Chairman of the Board of
Transnational Financial Network, Inc. Since inception in 1985, Mr.
Kristul has been responsible for the company's overall management. In
May 1995, Mr. Kristul created the wholesale division. He performed much
of the original work in developing the wholesale division's network of
independent retail mortgage brokers, aftermarket pricing models and
