Joseph Haggar Iii – Haggar Corporation (hggr)

JOSEPH M. HAGGAR, III is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Haggar Corporation, a leading marketer of men's apparel. Upon graduation from Jesuit College Preparatory School in 1969, Mr. Haggar attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated in 1973 with a degree in Business Administration. In 1976, Mr. Haggar was named Dallas Service Center Manager, responsible for shipping operations. He joined the merchandising staff in 1977 as National Brands Manager, and in 1978 was named Vice President directing the three Haggar brands. Mr. Haggar was promoted to Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Sales of Haggar Menswear in 1981 before being named President of the Menswear division in 1985. In April, 1991, Mr. Haggar was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Haggar Apparel Company and in February 1994, was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, his current position. He is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and the Young Presidents' Organization. He is on the Boards of the Salesmanship Club, Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation, Notre Dame Business Council and Chase Bank of Texas.
