JOSEPH CUTTS has served as EFI's Chief Financial Officer since April
2000. He served as Vice President, Finance from January 1999 to April
2000, with responsibilities spanning the Accounting and Control,
Financial Planning and Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Customer Service and
Risk Management functions. From March 1997 to December 1998, Mr. Cutts
was the company's Director of Finance. Prior to March 1997, Mr. Cutts
spent 11 years with Hills Brothers Coffee and Nestle Beverage Company in
a variety of Finance and Accounting roles, culminating in the position
of Director of Finance. Mr. Cutts holds a BS degree in Finance with a
minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University, and an MM degree
in Finance, Marketing and International Business from the J.L. Kellogg
Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Profile
