JONATHAN MICHAEL is Senior Vice President and CFO of IXI Mobile, Inc.
Mr. Michael has over 14 years of experience in finance, accounting,
operations and management. Prior to IXI, he served as Vice President of
Finance, World Wide Operations, for Fairchild Semiconductor, where he
managed all the day-to-day financial operations for Fairchild. Mr.
Michael was one of the Founders of Fairchild Semiconductor, as it spun
out of National Semiconductor in 1997. Prior to Fairchild, he was
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for National Semiconductor.
Mr. Michael has an MBA from San Jose State and a BA in Economics from
the Haifa University. Profile
EDGAR AUSLANDER is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy at IXI
Mobile, Inc. He brings over 13 years of experience in wireless
communications, technology, marketing, and management to IXI. Mr.
Auslander joined IXI from Texas Instruments, where he was a key member
of the original team that pioneered and developed the Wireless
Communications Business Unit (WCBU), TI's largest business unit, which
generated an annual revenue of over $2 billion. His leadership roles at
TI included business development, marketing, strategy, and corporate
development. Most recently, he served as TI's WCBU Worldwide Strategic
Marketing Director and previously as the Worldwide GSM Marketing
Manager. Some of his recommendations resulted in Texas Instruments'
acquisitions and he drove key design wins with lifetime net revenue
exceeding $500 million. In 2001, Mr. Auslander co-authored a reference
book titled The Applications of Programmable DSPs in Mobile
Communications (Wiley Publishers), published several articles in
industry periodicals, and gave speeches at numerous conferences around
the world. He is a member of the Council of Advisors providing
consulting to the financial community. He holds an MBA from Columbia
Business School and an MEE from Cornell University. Profile
