JOHN R. STRANFORD is President and Chief Executive Officer of TF Financial Corporation. Prior to joining TF he was Assistant Secretary, a liaison for computer services at Third Federal Savings Bank from 1968-1969; Vice President, developed consumer loan portfolio from 1969-1874; Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer, from 1974-1983; Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer responsible for all phases of daily operations of the bank; President, 1994, and CEO & President, 1995. Mr. Stranford held various positions from 1959 to 1968 at Girard Bank (Now Mellon PSFS).
