JOHN N. SPINNEY JR. is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Investors Financial Services Corp. Prior to joining the Company in September 2001, Mr. Spinney spent over fourteen years at KPMG, including four years as an audit partner, working with financial services clients, including mutual funds, investment advisors, transfer agents, custodians, and trust companies. Mr. Spinney served as the Company's client service partner since 1999. He earned his B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a member of the Investment Company Committee of the Massachusetts Society of CPA's, the AICPA, and the National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA).
