John Marsalisi – First Aviation Services (favs)

JOHN A. MARSALISI is Chief Financial Officer at First Aviation Services, Inc. Mr. Marsalisi has served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director of the company since March 1995. Since December 2000, Mr. Marsalisi has served as Chief Financial Officer of API. He has been an Officer of First Equity Development Inc. since 1996. In June 1995, Mr. Marsalisi became a Director of NAC. Mr. Marsalisi also served as Chief Financial Officer of NAC from August 1996 to August 1998. Mr. Marsalisi's relationship with NAC terminated with the company's sale of NAC on November 1, 1999. From 1991 to May 1996, Mr. Marsalisi was Director of Taxes for Omega Engineering. Prior to joining Omega Engineering, Mr. Marsalisi was Director of Taxes for the Entrepreneurial Services Group of Ernst & Young LLP's Stamford, Connecticut office. Mr. Marsalisi is a Certified Public Accountant.
