JOHN A. MARINHO has been with Lucent Technologies for 17 years, and at
present is Vice President, Mobility Offer Management. In this role, he
is responsible for the Mobility Offer, which encompasses 3G CDMA and
UMTS solutions. As the Mobility Offer Manager, Mr. Marinho is
responsible for overall business and market strategy, end-to-end Offer
definition, value proposition, product technology roadmaps,
partnerships, and marketing support. Previous to this position, he was
responsible for Product Management and had overall profit and loss
responsibility for the Wireless TDMA-EDGE and Series ll product lines.
Mr. Marinho holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and
graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS in
Electrical Engineering. Profile
Mr. Marinho: I think it's interesting to look back in terms of how the
company has evolved over time. Harkening back to 1996 when we were
