JOHN A. LACK, President and Chief Executive Officer of i3 Mobile,
Inc., brings 30 years of media communications and entertainment
industry experience to the company. He is best known as the
creator of MTV, the broadcast vehicle that has become an integral
part of global culture. As the Chief Operating Officer of Warner-
Amex Satellite Entertainment Co., Mr. Lack also developed The
Movie Channel, cable television's first 24-hour entertainment
network, and Nickelodeon, the award-winning children's channel.
Mr. Lack also served as ESPN's Executive Vice President of
Marketing and Programming. Most recently, Mr. Lack served as
Chief Operating Officer and a Director of STREAM, News Corp.'s
digital content and pay television company in Italy. He began his
career at CBS, where over the course of nine years he held
various executive positions including Vice President, General
Manager of WCBS Radio and Vice President, General Manager of CBS
Radio Sales. Mr. Lack is a graduate of Boston University, and
earned a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Medill
