JOHN ALLISON, Executive Vice President and CFO, joined Sun International
Hotels Ltd. in May 1995, after joining Sun International Investments,
Ltd. as Group Financial Director. (Sun International Investments Ltd.,
an investment holding company, was then the parent company in the group
and today remains the largest shareholder in Sun International, holding
over 40% of its issued equity). From 1987 to 1994, he was the Financial
Director of Sun International, Inc., a resort and management holding
company with interests in approximately 27 hotels in southern Africa.
Prior to that time, Mr. Allison was the Group Financial Director of
Kimberly-Clark (South Africa) Limited for four years. He is a member of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also of
the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Profile
