JOHN AGLIALORO is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cybex
International, Inc. Mr. Aglialoro is a graduate of Temple University
with a BA degree. As Chairman and co-founder of UM Holdings Ltd. of
Haddonfield, New Jersey, the holding company purchased Trotter
Treadmills in 1983. After a successful merger of Cybex and Trotter in
1997, Mr. Aglialoro became CEO of Cybex International in November 2000.
Throughout an ongoing turnaround since that time, Cybex is now
positioning itself as an evolving leader in the fast-growing fitness
industry. The company is a full-line manufacturer of premium quality
fitness equipment with plants in Medway, Massachusetts, and Owatonna,
