JIM DAUWALTER became Chief Executive Officer of Entegris, Inc., January
23, 2001. He also serves on the Board of Directors. Prior to his
appointment as CEO, Mr. Dauwalter served as the company's President and
COO. His current responsibilities include the overall planning,
staffing, and operational results of the organization. Entegris reported
revenues of $343 million for fiscal year 2000. In his 26 years with the
company, Mr. Dauwalter has held executive line and staff positions. He
has played a pivotal role in directing the growth of the company from 40
employees to approximately 1,800 employees, increasing sales as well as
expanding the company's operations to 15 worldwide manufacturing
facilities. He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from
Bemidji State University in 1973. Mr. Dauwalter serves on the Board of
Directors of Nippon Fluoroware K.K., Fluoroware-Valqua Japan K.K.,
Metron Technology B.V. and the Community Bank of Chaska. Profile
