JEFFREY G. MILLER joined Somera in May 1999 as Executive Vice President
of Sales and Marketing. Prior to Somera, Mr. Miller held a variety of
positions in sales and operations at Motorola's Network Solutions
Center. His most recent position at Motorola was as Regional Director
for North American Sales and Operations for the cellular and PCS
markets. Prior to Motorola, he spent 11 years with AT&T in various
management positions in the sales, marketing and software departments.
Mr. Miller received his BS degree in Marketing and Human Resources from
Miami University, and holds an MBA degree from Ohio State University. Profile
GARY OWEN joined Somera in July 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior
to joining Somera, he was Group Finance Director for Logistical Holdings
Ltd., a UK software development and services company. Mr. Owen has also
served as a finance consultant for Fujitsu Telecommunications and
Director of European Operations for Aurora Electronics. He was also CFO
of Century Computer Marketing until its sale to Aurora Electronics in
1994. Mr. Owen holds a BA degree in Accounting and Finance from
Nottingham University in England, and is a member of the Institute of
