JEFFREY MALLETT is the Chief Operating Officer of Yahoo! Incorporated,
an Internet media corporation. With a proven track record of more that
10 years in the consumer high tech industry, at Yahoo!, Mr. Mallett is
responsible for day-to-day programming, production, design, sales,
marketing, business development, international operations, and brand
management. Since joining Yahoo! in 1995, Mr. Mallet's ability to
generate strategic partnerships (i.e., Alta Vista, Netscape, MTV, CBS),
pushed Yahoo! To profitability well ahead of analyst predictions for
1997. Before joining Yahoo!, he served as Vice President and General
Manager of Novell's Consumer Division, responsible for all aspects of
the company's consumer vertical including product development, strategic
relations and marketing communications. He founded WordPerfect's
consumer division in 1993. Under his direction, the division launched
WordPerfect in more than 14 countries with a retail distribution reach
to 8,000 outlets worldwide inclusive of OEM relationships with Hewlett-
Packard, AST and Compaq. Mr. Mallett was a member of Novell's Corporate
Executive Marketing Group and one of the company's official
