JEFFREY H. FISHER has served as the Chairman of the Board, Chief
Executive Officer and President of Innkeepers USA Trust since its
inception in 1994. Innkeepers USA Trust is a real estate investment
trust (REIT) publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Innkeepers
USA Trust was formed to continue the hotel business of Innkeepers
Hospitality (formerly JF Hotel Management, Inc.), a company created in
1985 to develop, acquire and manage hotel properties, in which Mr.
Fisher served as President and Chief Operating Officer until 1994. A
frequent speaker at many REIT conferences throughout the country, Mr.
Fisher holds a BS in Business Administration from Syracuse University a
JD from Nova University, and an LLM in Taxation from the University of
