JANET M. DOLAN has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Tennant
Company since April 1999. Ms. Dolan has held various positions within
the company since April 1986. Prior to joining Tennant, Ms. Dolan was an
Assistant Director, from 1980 to 1981, and First Assistant Director,
from 1981 to 1985, for Minnesota Lawyers' Professional Responsibility
Board. From 1978 to 1980, Ms. Dolan was Staff Attorney for Southern
Minnesota Regional Legal Services. Ms. Dolan is affiliated with several
organizations. She has a JD degree from William Mitchell College of Law,
