JAMI PHILLIPS is CFO for Winter Sports, Inc., owners and operators of
Big Mountain Ski & Summer Resort in Whitefish, Montana. She graduated
from the University of Kansas with a BS in Accounting and a BS in
Business Administration. Ms. Phillips is responsible for managing the
personnel and functions of the accounting, finance and planning,
corporate administration, and management information systems departments
at Big Mountain. She also acts as the primary liaison with all of the
company's lending institutions. Prior to her work for WSI, Ms. Phillips
worked for Southern Illinois Regional Social Services, Inc. where she
served as the Financial Director for three years. In that position she
had direct responsibility for the accounting department, billing
department, human resources department, and the support staff for the
agency. Prior to her position at SIRSS, Ms. Phillips had job experience
in all areas of real estate development, as well as seven years in
