JAMES VOGT – TRAPEZE NETWORKS

JAMES W. VOGT is President and Chief Executive Officer of Trapeze Networks. Mr. Vogt brings a wealth of business and technology experience to Trapeze. Before joining Trapeze, he was president and CEO of Ingrian Networks, where he led the privately held secure appliance firm through two rounds of funding, built up the company's internal infrastructure and established a solid customer base. Prior to Ingrian Networks, he was president of the Nortel Networks small business solutions group. Before Northern Telecom merged with Bay Networks to become Nortel, Jim was the vice president and general manager of Bay's workgroup product and distributed network systems divisions, and the vice president of product management for Bay's desktop products group.
