JAMES S. MOORE, 55, is the Founder, President and sole shareholder of
DGM Investments Inc. ('DGM'), since it began in 1978. He devotes all his
business effort toward the administration of DGM's activities. These
include sales, oversight of trader activity, supervision of capital
allocation and treasury functions for all funds. He is also the
Supervising Director of Triumph Investment Fund Ltd. , a private $100
million offshore 'multi-manager' hedge fund which holds the #1 rank for
5 year performance among 'balanced multi-asset' funds by Nelson's
World's Best Money Managers. Mr. Moore has been in the investment
industry since January 1968, holding positions as broker, branch
manager, senior officer in charge of trading, sales, marketing and
director of investment policy at various brokerage firms. Mr. Moore has
developed strong business relationships in the US, Europe and the Middle
East. A Vietnam veteran and officer in the US Special Forces, his
outside interests include: 27 year membership in the Ho-Ho-Kus Volunteer
Fire Department, scuba, golf, squash and aviation. He holds an Airline
Transport Pilot certificate and was a leader in Scouting programs in Ho-
Ho-Kus, NJ for 20 years. His wife Barbara shares his business interest
as a financial consultant with Prudential Securities. He has three grown
