James Philip Wragg – Partco Group Plc (pto.l)

James PHILIP WRAGG is CEO of Partco Group plc. He was educated at Solihull School and received a BSc in Engineering. He was a student apprentice with Lucas Aerospace from 1965, moving to the automotive parts and service arm of Lucas Sales and Service in 1971. Various Product and Marketing Management positions. Transferred to Lucas Service UK as Marketing Director, in 1979. Initiated creation of Lucas Autocenters in 1980 and developed this business to a 35 site network by 1985. Mr. Wragg then joined BTR subsidiary Serck Marston as Managing Director in 1985. Transferred within BTR to Dunlop Slazenger as Managing Director of their Rackets Division. Part of Management Buy-Out team when BTR sold Dunlop Slazenger in March 1996. He then joined Partco Group plc in December 1996 as Managing Director with responsibility for Group Operations ' Partco Autoparts, Partco Distribution, Serck Marston and Woodhead RSR. Succeeded Peter Redfern as Chief Executive in July 1997. Mr. Wragg is married with two teenage sons, and enjoys motor sport, music and hill walking in his leisure. Profile

Mr. Wragg: We are an automotive after market distributor
