JAMES E. MANLEY founded Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Inc., in January 1995.
Previously, he was a co-Founder and Managing Director of Everest Capital
Limited. Prior to establishing Everest Capital Limited, Mr. Manley was a
Vice President with Prudential Securities Capital Markets. He began his
career in the High Yield Bond Department at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr.
