JAMES G. GARVEY JR., Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and
President of Integrated Information Systems, Inc., founded IIS in
1988 with the mission of helping clients achieve new levels of
performance through the application of innovative information
technology solutions. Under Mr. Garvey's leadership, IIS has
become a leading provider of integrated IT solutions, offering
strategy consulting, creative design, application and network
integration and application management and hosting services. In
March 2000, Mr. Garvey managed IIS through its initial public
offering. And most recently, he oversaw a series of five
acquisitions in the past year to increase the regional and
