MARK D. GARFINKEL is a Vice President of Trusco Capital
Management. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, he was a
Portfolio Manager in the Trust Investment Management area of the
SunTrust affiliate in Nashville, Tennessee, from 1990. He has 12
years of investment experience. Mr. Garfinkel is a member of the
Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and the Association of
Investment Management & Research. He earned a BA from Vanderbilt
University in 1986 and an MBA from Vanderbilt University in 1987.

joined the firm in 1997. He has 15 years of investment experience
and was associated with Chemical Bank from 1986 to 1996. He
