J. STEPHEN EATON, Founder of Centennial HealthCare Corporation, has
served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since founding the
company in 1989. From 1982 to 1988, Mr. Eaton served in various
executive positions at Consolidated Resources Corporation of American
('CRCA') and its successors. When Centennial HealthCare acquired CRCA in
1990, it served as the general partner of private and public limited
partnerships that owned in excess of 31 long-term care and assisted
living facilities. Mr. Eaton also serves as a director of St. Joseph's
Hospital and St. Joseph's Mercy Care Corporation, a non-profit
corporation based in Atlanta, Georgia, which provides mobile health
services to the homeless and other underserved populations. Profile
