J.H. (BILL) WALTON helped found ITC Learning Corporation in 1977 and
served as Chief Executive Officer from 1982 until January 1998. For the
past three years he has led ITC's efforts to develop a better concept in
e-learning courseware for their traditional markets. He supported unique
Family Technology Learning Center programs (family learning through
visually based skills training) in DeKalb County, Georgia and Milwaukee.
These programs were nationally recognized by the Smithsonian and
supported by then-Governor Tommy Thompson. As a training and education
consultant, he is committed to the evolving concept in education and
training that capitalizes on the use of multiple media designed to
support education, government and business leaders interested in
strengthening local communities and organizations through learning. He
received his college education at the University of Nebraska (BS in
Education and MA in Speech Communication). He was a university teacher
for 17 years, 10 of those at Wake Forest University. He has written many
articles and spoken throughout the country for the past two decades,
emphasizing the critical importance of multimedia-based interactive

Mr. Walton: ITC was founded in February 1977 by G.H. Kaiz, W.J.
