J.chris Wagner – Xchange Inc (exap)

J. CHRIS WAGNER joined Xchange in 2001 as CEO, President, and member of the Xchange Board of Directors. He is a 20-year software veteran, and will lead the day-to-day operations of the company and play a key role in the company's overall business strategy, focusing on winning new customers, developing its partner channel, operations and overall company growth. Mr. Wagner has considerable professional experience in each of these disciplines. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Metiom, Inc., a Forstmann Little portfolio company and a leading e- commerce infrastructure provider. Prior to joining Metiom, Mr. Wagner served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of CA Services, a division of Computer Associates International, Inc. At Computer Associates, he was responsible for the worldwide sales and implementation of CA's professional services activities. He was instrumental in transforming CA into a leading solutions-provider that generated more than $1 billion in professional services revenue. Prior to serving as EVP and GM of CA Services, he served as Senior Vice President of CA's channel and direct product sales business supporting customers on a worldwide basis.
