JOSEPH P. BROWN, is a co-founder of LifeSpan Biosciences, Inc., and has
served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since the
company's inception in September 1995. Dr. Brown has extensive
biotechnology management experience, including his roles as co-founder
and Vice President of Research at PathoGenesis Corporation (1992-1995)
and as Vice President, Oncology Drug Discovery at Bristol-Myers Squibb
(1989-1992). Dr. Brown received his PhD in Biochemistry from the
University of Cambridge in 1974. Profile
ANTHONY E. WHITE is a co-founder of LifeSpan Biosciences, Inc., and has
served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate
Treasurer since inception in September 1995. Prior to co-founding
LifeSpan BioSciences, Mr. White was the President of McKinley Partners,
Inc., where he provided investment banking and other finance-related
services to a number of significant businesses in the Pacific Northwest.
Mr. White received his Master's Degree in Public Administration in 1971
