STEve LURIE, Director of Business Technology at eLinear Solutions, has
been chiefly responsible for architecting the company's IP telephony
direction and product offerings in the areas of planning, design,
implementation and support. Mr. Lurie has over 12' years experience in
the technology field and has successfully served in various capacities
including business technology solutions and pre-sales engineering. Prior
to eLinear, Mr. Lurie worked for Resolution Performance Products, where
he served as Global IP Telephony Manager and delivered a global rollout
to 13 locations for VoIP connectivity. Prior to RPP, Mr. Lurie was
responsible for the delivery and maintenance of VoIP solutions for many
companies worldwide. Well-known and respected throughout the industry
and Cisco Systems, Mr. Lurie is recognized as one of the top architects

RAMZI NASSAR is Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Vice President, M&A of
eLinear, Inc. Mr. Nassar joined eLinear in early 2004. From 1998 through
2004, Mr. Nassar served as a mergers and acquisitions specialist across
diverse industries (technology, health care, energy, industrial) and
varied market capitalizations at Morgan Stanley and CIBC World Markets
in New York and then at DeBellas & Co. in Houston. From 1997 to 1998,
Mr. Nassar was co-founder and CFO of Xtigent.com, a customer
relationship management solutions provider. From 1993 to 1997, Mr.
Nassar served as a Technology, Strategy and Operations Consultant for
Computer Sciences Corporation's Consulting and Systems Integration
