ROBERT BUXTON is a Managing Director in CIBC World Markets' Technology
Investment Banking group and oversees CIBC World Markets communications
and electronics technology banking efforts. Mr. Buxton joined CIBC World
Markets in 1993. His experience encompasses 14 years, and includes
numerous public and private financing transactions, and financial
advisory assignments including mergers and acquisitions, opinions and
restructurings. Since 1999, CIBC's Communications and Electronics
Technology Banking group has successfully completed over 120
transactions, ranking it among the top three most active groups on Wall
Street. Prior to joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Buxton was a vice
president in the Technology Group at Dean Witter. Mr. Buxton received
his MBA from the University of North Carolina and graduated
